OA600 STEEL CEMENTITIOUS RAISED ACCESS FLOORING

OA600 raised access floor panels made of steel are designed as unitized shells that are coated with epoxy. These panels consist of a flat steel top sheet which is welded to a formed steel bottom sheet. They are manufactured with precision to ensure high accuracy and are light in weight, but strong and durable. These panels are non-combustible and adhere to Dawn standards as tested by CISCA.

*A tests are performed using CISCA’s Recommend Test Procedures for Access Floors with the exception of Design Load
1. Raised Access Floor design load is tested using CISCA Concentrated Load test method on actual understructure instead of steel blocks. Design load is determined by taking the lesser value of ultimate load divided by two or the point at which permanent damage begins to occur (yield point).
2. Raised Access Floor safety factor is the multiple of Design load to the Ultimate Load. International standards and Dawn recommend’ a minium of 2.
